to work with you on the basics, no matter when you start. For more info

Props:
Yoga props, including a mat, wall space, blankets, blocks and a folding
chair will be helpful going forward, for doing the classes in your own
home. You can join classes in the meantime and use what you have
available in your home, such as books, bed pillows and any armless
chair. Contact Leslie for best sources for yoga props.
